The opportunity
We’re looking for a Technical Co-Founder to join as a core member of the founding team. It’s not a traditional role but an opportunity to shape both the product and the technology behind it. Rather than starting from scratch, you’ll build on what’s already in motion - refining architecture, embedding AI, and driving our next stage of growth. Working closely with the founders, you’ll set the technical direction, influence product strategy, and contribute hands-on code in the early phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the technical roadmap and system architecture

• Build and scale the core product

• Evaluate and integrate generative AI services, including LLMs, embeddings, and agentic patterns

• Establish, own, and invent engineering practices including CI/CD, observability, and cloud infrastructure as code

• Partner closely with product, design, and business founders to shape product-market fit

• Represent technology in discussions with partners, customers, and investors

• Recruit, hire, and mentor engineers as the team grows
  
  

Must-Have Skills

• Proven experience shipping scalable and complex solutions in projects with diverse tech stacks, where the right tool is used for the right problem

• Practical experience with generative AI/LLMs, including prompt engineering, MDD, AI / LM Ops & Eval, and more.

• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (Azure, GCP, or AWS) and Infrastructure as Code

• Ability to operate both strategically (vision, architecture) and tactically (hands-on coding)
  Curiosity, resilience, and drive to build in an early-stage, high-velocity startup environment

• Experience building high-trust, low-ego cultures.

• Experience with security, compliance, and data privacy (GDPR, DevSecOps)
  
  

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Prior experience as a founder or technical lead in a startup

• Experience with event-driven architectures, graph, relational and/or vector databases

• Experience growing and managing engineering teams

• Exposure to fundraising or investor dialogues from a technical perspective

• An understanding of the consequences of the EU AI Act, and the requirements it puts on our business.

• Proven ability to truly innovate.

• Ability to understand and weigh the pros/cons of spending engineering hours vs buying a finished solution from another company
