The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Chief Product Officer (CPO) to join our early leadership team. This is a rare chance to define the product vision and strategy for a company at day zero – and build the product function and talent around you. As CPO, you’ll partner closely with the founders to set direction, build and lead a high-performing product organization, and ensure we deliver innovative solutions that create real customer value in the future of work. You’ll have the opportunity to shape both the product roadmap and the company’s trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap - aligned with company goals.
• Build, scale, and lead a product team that thrives on collaboration and fast iteration.
• Partner closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market to deliver AI-powered solutions with measurable customer impact.
• Drive product discovery, user research, and validation to ensure we solve the right problems in the right way.
• Champion data-informed decision-making while balancing speed, intuition, and innovation.
• Partner with tech and business leadership to represent the product perspective today - and help define how the product function evolves as we grow.
• Establish processes for product prioritization, delivery, and continuous improvement.

Must-Have Skills

• Proven track record of leading product strategy and execution in a high-growth tech company or startup, with experience in frameworks such as JTBD.
• Experience shaping product processes in fast-moving environments - using short feedback loops and iterative learning to drive both speed and quality.
• Experience building and managing product teams, including hiring, mentoring, and developing talent.
• Strong background in B2B SaaS, ideally with exposure to AI, data-driven platforms, or workflow automation.
• Ability to connect vision to execution – turning bold product bets into iterative milestones.
• Experience working closely with technical founders and early-stage teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Growth mindset, resilience, and grit – thriving in an early-stage, fast-changing environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience working with AI/ML products or platforms.
Familiarity with metrics-driven product development and experimentation frameworks.
• Experience scaling a product organization internationally.
• Previous founder or early leadership experience in a startup environment.
