The Opportunity
As our first in-house designer, you’ll set the visual and interaction direction across the product while working hands-on in Figma from day one. You’ll partner closely with engineering and AI teams to craft human-in-the-loop patterns and “progressive autonomy” interactions that make people + AI collaborate seamlessly. Expect high velocity: ship → learn → iterate.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain our design system (components, tokens, motion principles) in Figma.
• Map user journeys, prioritize improvements, and reduce friction in core flows.
• Design AI interactions (human-in-the-loop to autonomous), with clear guardrails and feedback.
• Build clickable prototypes (Figma/Lovable), run tests, and iterate quickly.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and provide crisp handoffs/specs to engineers.

Requirements

• A strong portfolio spanning research → visual design → shipped product work.
• Deep Figma expertise and documented experience creating/scaling a design system.
• Ability to communicate concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable in fast-moving, hypothesis-driven environments with tight loops.
• Fluency in Swedish and English.

Nice to Have

• Projects featuring AI-driven features or human-in-the-loop patterns.
• Experience with social/referral-based network products.
• Working knowledge of modern front-end (React, Tailwind) to streamline dev collaboration.
